Miss Emma’s day at the EWIF Awards 2022

At tiny toes ballet, we are proud of our unique and award-winning programme that is fully integrated with the EYFS curriculum. We really do believe that there is no other programme in the UK quite like ours and that’s what makes tiny toes so magical.

With 17 franchises across the UK and over 4000 children and families who have worked with us, we are proud of all that we have achieved. It is so wonderful when we are nominated and recognised for our achievements. From our ‘Points of Light’ award, presented by Prime Minister Boris Johnson in March 2020, to being listed in The Independents 2021 Happy List, it is safe to say that the tiny toes franchise is no stranger to exciting award ceremonies and recognition! Take a look at our awards list here.

Our most recent achievement came in the form of an exciting nomination. Our founder, Emma Morgan, was nominated for Woman Franchisor of the Year 2022 (sponsored by Novuna Business Finance). The EWIF organisation primarily focuses on supporting women into franchising.

“It is such a privilege and honour to be recognised for this prestigious award. As the founder and 100% owner of a franchise network across Wales and England, supporting more than 4000 children and families and supporting seventeen franchisees I have had an individual impact on people's personal and professional lives. But, aside from contributing to businesses, I am most proud of helping and supporting other women in business by sharing my expertise and insight with other women, bringing them into business, and helping them to grow their businesses."

"I cannot express how proud I am of all my franchisees. Running a business during 2021 has been such a challenge but the resilience and strength they have all shown has been remarkable. As a team and support network, we have become stronger, which has, in turn, made the Tiny Toes brand stronger. Throughout 2021 I have adapted, promoted, restructured, invested, and expanded – gaining recognition and welcoming new customers every week. I am excited to continue to grow the brand and the Tiny Toes Ballet franchise network in 2022.”

Emma Morgan (Founder)

The event, which took place on Thursday 30th June, specifically celebrated the achievements of women in franchising and what a memorable and inspirational event it was!

Miss Emma and our wonderful Essex franchisee, Miss Natalie, attended the event in London.

This year was the 12th awards event of its kind, and had a record-breaking number of entries. It was also the first time, since the Covid 19 pandemic, that the awards ceremony had been held in person. So, a wonderfully exciting day for many reasons. Although, this time, tiny toes did not win this award we are still incredibly proud of Emma. Being shortlisted from over 120 businesses to the final five is an exceptional achievement in itself!

Well done Miss Emma! What a wonderful accolade to add to this flourishing dance programme that is loved by so many!
