Don't Dance Alone, Dance with us at tiny toes ballet - Our Intergenerational Initiative

Miss Eleanor, helped launch our Intergenerational Initiative during the summer of 2019.

It is a popular dance programme that we offer and that so many of our schools, teachers, and pupils love to be a part of. It gives our tiny toes ballet dancers the opportunity to meet, interact and learn from a generation far from their own. It also brings the young and bustling life of children into the care home for the residents. This is such a rewarding initiative for all involved.

 

Our Intergenerational Initiative can be easily adapted to the needs of your care home. With our highly skilled dance teachers visiting nursing homes and care settings to offer:

  • Regular Dance and Ballet classes for residents
  • Performances from our tiny toes dancers
  • Dance classes with residents and tiny toes ballet pupils

We love to encourage interaction with the use of props and time to chat with refreshments afterwards.
